hear me out on what biden should do.
- exchange letters with their leader with gratuitous complements.
- meet with the cuban leader in cuba. be the first US president to do this!
- while there, awkwardly salute their military generals
- continuously complement cuba leader on their intelligence
- take a lot of photo ops
- do nothing to actually help cuban people

I think it’s okay to open a dialogue. But don’t give an inch without an actual solid agreement on civil rights (or nukes 
). They can have the meeting here or there. Cuba is only 90 miles from Key West. They probably have a plane that can make it to the U.S.
