Those years predictions were based on historical development time for other vaccines. Luckily, we have advanced since then as computers are much stronger and vaccine technology has evolved. Those are the reasons why we have a vaccine so fast compared to prior vaccines. As you can see, Trump didn’t have anything to do with that.
But Trump did help clear the way for approval and distribution which did speed things up so I am happy to give him credit there. Thanks Trump.
Schools also have an opt-out form parents can sign. Quit spreading the falsehood that ALL children are mandated to be vaccinated before they can attend school.

Did I say ALL? Of course there are exceptions made in some cases but those are likely going to become harder to get. And those kids that aren’t vaccinated are protected by the fact that most kids are vaccinated.
Why is it important to you paint what I said as a falsehood when it’s not.

It’s probably not going to happen until COVID is fully approved.
Not sure you can mandate something that’s still under EUA only.
I mean I guess legally one can, but most businesses, at least, have been hanging back for fear of lawsuits.
You said “schools require multiple vaccinations now”. You did not say some, you did not say most. When said in that phrasing, it implies all.

Sure, schools require multiple vaccinations as all states require MMR at a minimum. I didn’t say all kids must be vaccinated.

It’s only a matter of months now. Moderna and Pfizer should have full approval before December.
Don’t trip walking backwards like that.

I’m consistent in what I said and what I meant.

I’m sure you honestly believe that I wasn’t. That’s Okay, you believe what you like.

Except plenty of vaccines are mandatory for school attendance (yes I know about the opt outs) and no one complained before.
But this of course is different…

While people with kidney problems are at greater risk from COVID-19, there is no indication that the vaccine causes problems for people with one kidney, regardless if they are the doner or recipient. This is from the National Kidney Foundation:
"Should I get the vaccine?
Most doctors agree that the benefits of the COVID-19 vaccine for people with kidney disease at any stage, including those on dialysis and those with a kidney transplant, are much greater than the risk of serious complications from the virus than from the vaccine.
Dialysis patients who contract COVID-19 are at extremely high risk of short-term mortality, possibly higher than 20 percent.
The National Kidney Foundation, American Society of Nephrology, and American Society of Transplantation all recommend that people with kidney disease or kidney transplant be vaccinated for COVID-19."

No, it does not imply all.
That might be what you find online, but that is not what the nephrologist that treats my husband says.
Sure it does.
But I’m sure he appreciates the wingman.

Do you have a source that supports the Dr. or is that merely his personal opinion?
We have done our research.
