he also is on record saying the stopping of the airlines wouldnât effect us much, and supply lines linked to china wouldnât be badly effected. Itâs weird that he now is pretending that he was bearish on things from teh start.

Itâs a statement of fact. I donât see any celebration in the OP.
Celebration would be like âsuck it trump! Your market gains are gone!â

What is certainly a pattern is the response to criticism of trump: the accusation of TDS.

Itâs the level of criticismâŚrelative to whatâs actually being criticized that determines TDS and youâŚare an expert in this area.

No, it is the stock response when someone has the temerity to criticise Trump. It has nothing, absolutely nothing, to do with the merit of the criticism of Trump.

There is a pattern to his threads, he doesnât celebrate in them.
It is according to the OP.
And youâre not celebrating this bad new for Trump?

Oh yeah, these sort of movements follow a pretty standard historical path. It all started after 9/11 really, but it was when they were rather dramatically swept out of power that it really turned dark. After all, pure Good canât lose to pure Evil. Not without traitors in their ranks or other insidious acts.
Or being stabbed in the back!

Best not to comment on a historic drop in the DOW. Might upset some people.
Got it.
Not at all. But he is a contributing factor for certain. As President he had the ability to calm investors fears with a factual, complete accounting of what is known and what is being done. But he chose not to do that. And instead he contradicted his own experts trying to play down the risk. He blindsided his own HHS Secretary by placing Pence in charge of the response at the last minute. Who then went and added Kudlow and Mnuchin to the team for God only knows what reason? Certainly not their expansive medical knowledge.
Investors and the market are emotional and impacted by their emotions. Calming fears could have helped stem the losses. Failing to calm fears inevitably causes losses to grow.
No kidding. Trump truly is the most ignorant, intellectually incurious person to ever be in this office.

I think they are so nuts they are willing to lose prosperity & wealth to see Trump hurt. So the solution is a socialist economy that we indeed will have a horrific economyâŚ
