Women’s March organizer Linda Sarsour defended Rep. Ilhan Omar following her anti-Israeli twitter tirade this week; calling Speaker Pelosi a “typical white feminist” upholding “the patriarchy” in America.
“Nancy is a typical white feminist upholding the patriarchy doing the dirty work of powerful white men. God forbid the men are upset – no worries, Nancy to the rescue to stroke their egos,” posted Sarsour on Facebook.

Sarsour’s attack on Pelosi comes just hours after leading Democrats announced their plan to publicly “confront” Rep. Omar’s anti-Israeli rhetoric on the House floor as soon as Wednesday.
