So I’m confused. You want economic and national security but want to entice these companies with a big carrot while offering low wages as not to upset these say companies. Is that the gist of it?

Funny Ontario Teacher are asking for 2% raise to cover inflation the government was like we can’t pay that.
but the government tried to swing support by offering “Relief” money to families with children who can’t send them to school on strike days.
the government has spent more money on “Relief” then it would cost to give them a 2% raise 
giving companies subsidies is socialism.
