Mandatory training in Critical Race Theory is under fire

The assumption is the bias is racial and completely one-sided.

Oh so teaching diversity and inclusion is discrimination?

Nice. White fragility, you’ve been reading.

Not just Christian, all white people.

Nope the assumption is we unconsciously favor people who are like ourselves.

This goes way beyond race, by the way.

Rationalization and a rather weak one. Anemic.

Good that you got the point.

Nope. Not in Critical Race Theory.

So he pitched a bitch about diversity training? That’s a thing to ruin your life over I guess.

That’s nice.

I wasn’t talking about Critical Race Theory.

That is the topic of discussion. Critical Race Theory is diversity and inclusion.

Oh black nation sounds scary… add a little Marxism for flavor.

Let me rephrase

A term/theory that offends white Christian males?

No the topic of discussion is a guy at Sandia who made a video claiming the training he got was based on CRT and offering up scant evidence that this was so.

Many here have simply uncritically accepted his claim as factual.

The only people offended by diversity and inclusion training are the people who don’t like diversity or inclusion.

No theory needed… it’s super simple.

Correct me if I’m wrong but this seems to be an Entire thread based on a thread-reader bot made page from an unverified Twitter thread.

How do I know any of this is accurate or real at all?

I am highly amused that he decided to throw his career away over the diversity training that everybody in Corporate America has to do these days.

No he thinks diversity and inclusion training is discrimination against white people so this it must be CRT and CRT is bad because it says racism exists in everything… and everything built in America was built by a white man (not by the people offended).

It’s not scary at all, just one of 13 or 14 nations.

Why would it offend white Christian males?

All diversity and inclusion “training” is based on CRT.

Strange post. Really all over the page.

Seems so. I guess who needs a verified twitter account or published news story when you got this as the op twitter source.

It’s not, but I know that nothing I say will convince you otherwise.
