With the obvious exception of BBB he has been voting with them. Without him though, the tie is broken, Schumer is no longer Majority Leader, and Kamala no longer gets a vote. The ramifications are tremendous.

Not necessarily … he can declare as an Independent. But a 50-49-1 majority still loses Chucky his fancy office suite and Kamala goes back to being a nobody.
