We should definitely extrapolate from one city to the rest of the country despite all the other statistics, or the fact that absentee ballots are mail-in ballots.

Been hearing that mantra for years now. 
They are not the same nor are the requirements the same.
This is alarming enough we should suspend all mail in voting until we can find a better way to do it.
