Intent matters and it matters a lot. Labeling someone racist when they had no intent to be racist is stupid.
lol - It goes to the very reasonable position the elder described and how he wishes the young men would channel their energy into something more positive.
Too late for you so go ahead and keep shouting it.

That’s the point of contention. Were they actually in blackface? If you look at all of the pictures and watch the video, wearing all black with white trim is a feature of their sporting events. Is it possible that those 4 boys (from a pic in your link) are wearing body paint as part of that? Or do we automatically assume that any time any white person who puts on black body paint is doing so out of racist intent?
According to the daily mail article you posted, those pics were taken at a “blackout” pep rally event.
lol - Anyone saying they can hear and or understand everything that he could being right there is delusional. I know I hear one kid yell “America first”, which is pretty damn funny since he’s yelling it at a Native American.
But you can choose to disparage the Native American war vet by calling him a liar if you like. It’s kind of what we expect from republicans these days. Insulting war vets and our institutions while defending everything that people like Putin and Kim Jong Un say… SAD.

Never said these kids in the photo are racist. They are definitely racially ignorant. The school is also racially ignorant.
How does this turn into racism? Depends on the response from the school.
How many blackout sporting events have you been to, or seen, where white kids are wearing black face?
Painting faces with the team’s colors, for sporting events, is a common thing for many fans to do.
I imagine if the schools colors were purple and gold, instead of black and white, the kids might be painted in purple and gold?
I never understood how people thought a school would choose something they hate and despise as their football team name or mascot, or fans who support their team would attend games in attire or face paint for something they demean, ridicule, despise or which disgusts them.

Surely you have a video to back up your claim since there’s many video recordings that you can choose from or…are you bleating out sheople food?

Wearing black =/= blackface. Wearing black body paint =/= blackface. It’s only blackface if the purpose for wearing the black paint is to caricature a black person/people.
What do you think is more likely happening at a blackout event where everyone is wearing black? Wearing black body paint instead of a black shirt cuz you’re an over sports/spirit obsessed high school kid? Or wearing black body paint to caricature black people at a pep rally?

Other people there say they didn’t hear what he claimed. The recorded video didn’t record what he claimed. Being a native American war vet does not make you honest, even if it makes you sympathetic.
I’ve already posted that anyone claiming they can understand everything those kids are saying from any of the videos as well as the man who was standing right there is full of ■■■■■
But you can of course continue to insult the Native American war veteran by calling him a liar. It’s what we expect of republicans these days, insulting war veterans and our institutions. #MAGA

None of that matters, they got the story they want and nothing will change that now.
Why don’t you take a little time and go read all the threads on this before starting with the inaccurate post for a change.
How do you feel about people who get captured?
