Has anyone bothered to even ask when the last time the clouds in the area were seeded? That would be my first question. I’m pretty sure governor Abott would know.

Has anyone actually tried asking? Nobody has thought to ask Governor Abbott if there has been any cloud seeding in the area recently? Just ask. Why is that such a foreign concept to people? There is absolutely no reason for people to make stupid assumptions.
