What evidence do you have to support this claim?

I have seen it made numerous times, but no one has been able to follow through and support it.

I would love to see some evidence suggesting that:

  1. The information “disseminated” by Vindman was “Confidential”, or otherwise legally protected; and
  2. The people who he “disseminated” it to did not have the clearance to see it.
