I think he did his duty. He answered a Congressional subpeona and answered the questions the best he could.

Was it perfect? Nope. But for a Lt. Col. to have to be called to testify before Congress it was pretty stressful and one has to take his testimony in total instead of nit-picking to find small errors like Trump supporters are doing.

Sorry Lt. Col. Vindman is just another head on a pike for opposing The Chosen One. Sad really.

Remember the part where he talked to the lawyer? Nunes asked him to name any other people he discussed this issue with.
Schiff then broke in and told Vindman not to answer that if he thought the answer would result in outing the name of the whistle blower.
Vindmand then refused to answer the question based on answering it would reveal the name of the whistle blower.
Therefore, thanks to Schiff blocking the response by Vindmen, we don’t know the name(s) of those others whom he leaked to. We do, however, know that in his refusal to respond he admitted that he did leak to others and that knowing who he leaked to would give the name of the whistle blower.
