The Logan act has never been enforced and is likely against the first amendment. The only interesting thing about it was the way many Dems were pushing Flynn for having violated it because he talked to a Russian ambassador in preparation for taking his the position. Now, if there ever was an action that violated that law it would be what Kerry did.
But even if the law were violated and were Constitutional, it would not be treason. We see that word used too often of late to mean “I don’t like xxx”.

Violating the Logan Act is not a Constitutional act of treason.
It has only been speculated that what Kerry did was a Logan Act violation.
But I would love to see Fat Donald try to indict and prosecute Kerry for allegedly violating that likely unconstitutional law.

Many people have been accused of violating the Logan Act, including John Kerry, not just Right Wingers either, but go ahead and wine about something you made up.
No one has stated “Dems are above the law”, certainly not Doug.
The Logan Act since its passing in 1799 (I believe) has only been applied twice, without convictions.

So far only Right Wing fantasy players have alleged any crimes being committed by the previous administration.
Trump needs to get his house of chaos in order rather than chasing ghosts and apparitions of supposed illegal activity by past administrations.

Not surprisingly, the GREAT Men & Women of the FBI are starting to speak out against Comey, McCabe and all of the political corruption and poor leadership found within the top ranks of the FBI. Comey was a terrible and corrupt leader who inflicted great pain on the FBI! #SPYGATE ~ POTUS

Actually, that’s exactly why he does all the crazy stuff he does. He’s not a good manager and can’t run an entity like the executive branch of the greatest nation ever. He’s just a common con man making it up as he goes.

So it seems. And while it is not surprising, it is horrifically Un-American. I’ve said it before and will say it again. These Trump cultists are a cancer on our nation and are doing untold, long-term damage to our nation and its institutions. It’s disgusting.
Look at his time at trying to manage casinos. All other casinos were making money during the same time period, while his companies were losing. He took his money and ran.
His only real success is the marketing of his name. As you say, a con man.
Trump and Trump voters are just doing what Nixon and Nixon voters did. We’ll live through this.
