That was quick- Trump going after DeSantis hard. He just dropped to 50 percent chance of a win in my book. When y’all took the Trump ride you created a monster.

The GOP primary is gonna be a knuckle dragger. Luckily they are opposing a very weak Dem field.

By the way- this is finally the start of when folks are gonna dump Trump. He has been promoting vaccines, bashing DeSantis and can’t let go of his insane need to pretend he won in 2020. He’ll keep his loyal minions but conservatives are gonna dump the dude for better material.

I am happy that DeSantis is potentially going to run even if Trump does. But he has to keep quiet for now because he has to win his governors place and concentrate on that first. And not say anything immediately after he wins. He’d have to announce kind of late. If he has the balls to actually run against Trump, I’d vote for him over Trump just because he has less baggage and he’s younger. There are probably other people who think like me, but I think Trump would beat him in the Republican primary, and Desantis would be on the receiving end of lots of negative stuff, which would not help…
I’d say for the good of winning. DeSantis would have a much better chance of winning than Trump.
… or accused/convicted of crime.

Yeah DeSantis has to play the crazy game of keeping a low profile while also getting people excited for a 24 run. If he’s too high profile Trump will start chewing him up. He already is.
By the way, the DOJ would be doing Republicans an enormous favor by prosecuting Trump for Jan 6. It would hamper him enough to allow DeSantis to rise.
Prosecuting him for what crime?

This is just Trump sour grapes because he’s threatened and scared. No DeSantis indeed has personal charisma and is not dull.
This is just the start tho- Trump could pull out all the stops to derail DeSantis.
This is the start of “all the stops.” If Trump allies go full nuclear I think DeSantis would drop out and wait till 28.
