The crime:It was alleged that Floyd passed a counterfeit 20 bill. Now a few years ago, our local police and banks notified the town that small denomination (10s and 20s) counterfeit bills had been discovered by local merchants and it appeared that they were being circulated in our area, and would be very difficult for the lay person to detect. We were told that if a merchant discovered a counterfeit, they could confiscate the bill, notify the police and the customer would be out 10 or 20 dollars - other than that, there was no talk of charges. It was presumed that most people would have no way of knowing that they may have a fake bill in their wallet. So I give Floyd the benefit of the doubt here if that’s what happened.
The police response: I’m stunned. What I found extremely unsettling was the impassive expression on the officer’s face. Even wondered if he was having some sort of episode (ministroke, petit mal seizure) - because I couldn’t come up with any scenario that explained his behavior.
The rioting - Demonstration is one thing, but I have to wonder if all of the demonstrators are from the area or if the locals are being taken advantage of by outside agitators. A shame, because it’s the locals who will have to suffer the economic effects of businesses that can’t, or decide not to, open their doors again after the outsiders leave.
He was fired, arrested, convicted and sentenced to twelve years in record time for that. Swing and a miss.
That’s what makes me wonder if these aren’t white supremacist ammosexual types from the boonies. Even a cop would know that if you wanna blend in, you just wear a hoodie, jeans and sneakers, with the breath mask you’re anonymous. Not dressed like you time traveled from the future.

Really? George will killed on May 25th and the riots began the next day. Justine was killed on July 15th and the officer was indicted the following March. Just stop. If you can’t tell the truth, don’t speak. Now since you’re hearing the truth, the officer who killed George was just arrested. My, my you couldn’t be more biased and wrong.

You think the fact that that guy got twelve years for an accidental discharge and this cop is on tape kneeling on a guy’s neck for eight minutes as he begs for his life until he dies might have something to do with it.

Let’s look at your second claim…“accidental discharge”? Once again… But a jury in late April convicted Noor of third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter.

One thing I will say regarding both…the first wasn’t intentional. It was an over reaction to a situation and I truly believe the officer was remorseful. The second was positively intentional, even if he didn’t predict the outcome, he should have known.
My post was regarding the public’s reaction to both crimes and it appears…they’re racist.

The left are always telling American 2nd amendment supporters how their going to send the military after them when they don’t turn over their arms after they get their gun confiscation laws passed. They tell us resist and we will just kill you and take your arms. There is even a poster on here who wants to gas American 2nd amendment supporters. Seems Trump is not much different than the leftist who hate him.
