The Privacy Act doesn’t have anything to do with the vast majority of “leaks”. Most leaks are completely legal.
You might like to see that, but since the Act applies to those who leak the information and not those who receive or publish it, I think you will have to find some other way to watch CNN being discomforted.

Normally I would be like, well, there’s no chance this will go anywhere, but after the last couple weeks, the chance that a high ranking appointee used their personal phone or office line to directly leak it seems super high.
