I may be reading that differently. But i have never filled out the form so I’ll leave it be

If the maximum sentence allowable under the law for a felony (like say, first time offense of possession of stolen property valued over $500 in pre-2004 Kansas) is less than one year, the felon did not lose his right to purchase, own, and bear firearms.

Sure if every crook invested themselves I am sure they would find themselves innocent.

The cognitive dissonance of seeing cops maced and beaten to a pulp and then thinking that if the mob got through to the congress…that they would what? Sing songs with them? Big hugs? A pointed discussion about federalism and antifederalism?

Gotcha.

Ok so just from a nerdy lawyer perspective

A misdemeanor is deifned in law as any crime where under the law you can only receive less than a year and a day

A felony is any crime where under the law you can receive only more than a year and a day.

If there are laws out there that convict you of a felony while allowing only for a sentence for leas than a year and a day then they are poorly written lol.

I believe that’s why Kansas changed their minimum sentencing laws around 2004 or so. It was probably also a post 9-11 power grab like the multitudes of others.

Yeah that unarmed man was beating Zimmerman’s head against the pavement over and over again.

They seem to have selective memory about that.

Or else they do remember but narrative talking pts something something is more important.

To put it even more bluntly it is Bull Crap and he knows it.

What do you think would have happened when the mob reached the elected officials?

(Knowing full well I won’t get an honest response.)

If it’s hard to answer…here is a hint.

That unarmed woman got past police barricades, police strong points at the doors, and locked doors to the inner chambers.

But hey, she was probably just looking for a selfie opportunity

Why was ashli crawling through a broken window to get to where the senators and congress people were?

What do you think she was going to do when she got there?

Deep conversations about the philosophy of the Founders is my guess.

She was not peaceful in any way, shape, manner or form.

Try a dictionary, imminent

If a mob has come to your house, beaten up cops and smashed through your windows and then pushed their way in, would you

A- sit and wait to see what happens
B- Defend yourself from the “imminent” threat

What do you think she was going to do when she got through the broken window?

Why are you afraid of girls? Are you feeble or handicapped?

Talking points, yes.

For example, how they’re still obsessed with Jan 6th because it helps them to forget how badly they trashed this country with their infectious petulance.
