I’d call that the basic of being essential.
Not only that but getting out in the fresh air, teaching children how to plant, water, tend to and reap the benefits is a phenomenal experience.
Fortunately, people can buy seeds online and it is best to buy heirloom where you can take the seeds from what grows, replant and they will reproduce.

Yet there was no riot. Did you just use hyperbole to describe yourself?

How does wanting to recall a Governor and peaceful protest equate to social darwinism?
There was a protest in Lansing where the protestors remained in their cars and gridlocked traffic.
Promised infrastructure repairs haven’t taken place, and there are individuals who don’t wish to remain un or underemployed and homebound long term.
Not seeing the problem here. The voters and those who didn’t choose her no longer want her & are trying to get her recalled.

I’m really glad I live in Florida. I can buy seeds. I can buy paint and I can go boating.
Home Depot is open and just using common sense distancing, etc. Only so many in the store at a time.
I went to my favorite deli yesterday. Same thing. One goes out, one comes in.
No panic. No lock downs.
I suppose if people don’t have any common sense then they need and will cling to government for guidance.

You are correct. It is their choice to potentially catch and transmit to others a highly infectious disease.

Just how “deadly” is this pandemic. Way more people survive covid-19 than succumb to it, and those that do die are generally older, and/or have other underlying medical issues.

I’m curious, Rose.
What scenarios do you envisage where those protesters will be able to lawfully discharge their firearms?
If they are ordered to disperse, refuse to do so, and the cops try to arrest them, will the protesters have the legal right to shoot them?

Interesting that Maryland is seeing a similar protest today.
Not sure if they have peaked.
Sounds like a really big turnout.
Same as the tea party. Hardly a populist explosion. Wvery ten years especially before a census count they have to push an agenda to get the base riked up and pretend it’s a grass roots movement.
To undermine Michigan’s governor and encourage armed protesters to “liberate” Michigan.
