San Francisco continued to struggle with the city’s booming homeless population this week, with new data showing the local government spends a whopping $37,000 per each of the region’s 7,500 homeless residents.

According to Fox News, San Francisco is set to approve its newest budget within days, allocating a stunning $280 million to help fight the swirling housing crisis.

New Mayor London Breed -who slammed President Trump’s immigration policies during her inauguration speech- admitted the city was struggling to cope with homeless issue; remarking that there is “more feces on the sidewalks” than when she “was growing up here.”

“I will say there is more feces on the sidewalks than I’ve ever seen growing up here,” said Bree.

"That is a huge problem and we are not just talking about from dogs — we’re talking about from humans,” she added.

“Despite decades of well-intentioned bills, spending efforts, or guiding plans, the same tragic scene continues day after day and year after year,” added City Supervisor Nick Josefowitz.
