Woman lawyer Powel who claimed they were rigged and wanted independant examiners to look.

Intellectually lazy, huh? A Miami District Attorney has brought new allegations of corrupt foreign dealings against Smartmatic. This will help the people being sued by Smartmatic.
It looks like Smartmatic’s behavior is what sullied their own reputation. The court documents show — facilitating of alleged bribes, creating fake contracts and the use of Smartmatic slush funds for their business deals had already caused distrust for Smartmatic prior to the 2020 election.
The implications of the indictment against Smartmatic is massive for every company and individual they sued claiming disparagement injured their ability to make money.

No…he wasn’t.
I just posted you an article on the subject.
He had lawyers representing him the whole time…for both impeachments.
Why are you doubling down when the evidence was presented to you?

And the case doesn’t involve Smartmatic technology at all.
**My wife had some relatives that got told the same thing. **
You already voted.
The libs know it imo but don’t want to admit it or hear anyone mention it.

The same “woman lawyer Powell” who’s own attorney stated as a defense in the Dominion trial that “No reasonable person would conclude that the statements were truly statements of facts”.
That Powell? lol
Meanwhile…
they hold onto ‘No ID needed to vote’ with their dear life.
This is soooo obvious.
Why fight it so vigorously unless it serves a purpose.
Same with the machines…why fight it if they are clean.

Sydney Powell is currently defending her nonsense in Georgia for being part of a scheme to break into voting machines, steal the data and transmit that data across state lines.
Maybe her judgement isn’t the best to rely on.

Smartmatic Faces Federal Grand Jury Indictment for illegal activities
The biggest news since November 3, 2020 has just happened. DOJ has indicted SmartMatic –the software provider that all US election tabulation machines are built on– for accepting bribes in violation of U.S. money laundering statutes, The intended purpose of the bribes? The money was to influence the awarding of contracts for SmartMatic equipped devices that have been proven to alter election results, and specifically for rigging elections in the Philippines.
This happened because of a conservative prosecutor in Miami who did what real prosecutors and law enforcement professionals do, he followed the evidence (I know a novel concept). The charging documents reveal, at least four Smartmatic executives used “slush funds” and “fake contracts” to facilitate alleged bribes, masking the money transfer actions using fake email accounts.
The code word for the money they used? “Salsa” so the documents have alleged.

Yes, intellectually lazy.
The suit is filed for allegations of bribery in the Philippines. And they are allegations of bribery so that they got their machines in the election, not any election fraud.
Also, Smartmatic machines were apparently only used in one County in CA in the 2020 election… just found that out.
The implications are massive to you and other Trumpsters only. Like clockwork, they lob another “what if” scenario with no basis in fact to their base and you swallow it whole.

Well damn, missed that… thank you.
Anyone can be sued and prosecuted nowdays.
I wouldn’t be surprised if she gets burned on a public square.
What better way to shut up someone.

Written by Mark Finchem… is this the same Mark Finchem?
An indictment that concerns actions in 2016 in the Philippines does not support this statement
Sure… anyone suspected of violating the law anyways.
Cases are regularly dismissed based on lack of evidence and merit. See the recent case Trump attempted to bring against Carroll. Or his attempt against CNN. There’s a few relevant examples.

Sydney Powell hired people to break into voting machines and steal data.
We all used to consider that a bad thing to do.
