What is acceptable vs unacceptable in public does not 1 for 1 correlate with what is not adult themed vs adult themed.

Laws that allow men to be topless and women to not be topless are myopic. If the goal is to not expose body parts that are commonly found “sexy” then men need to cover up too because plenty of women who fine men’s torsos sexy as well.

There are plenty of situations where a topless woman is not “adult themed”. Like breast feeding. What if a woman is really flat? Or had a mastectomy.

Frankly we need to get over this Victorian fear of exposed flesh. It’s silly and serves no purpose.
