If the plane was shot down, the CIA would know. It will be interesting to see if he was one the plane. When he made the comments about the war back in June I figured he was a dead man walking. IMHO he was hoping his comments would cause Putin to be assassinated and he could pull off a military coup. The footage of a plane falling out of the sky is really something.
Much more dramatic than being tossed off a tall building.

So now Ukraine is saying that he is dead in the crash. And Russia is blaming Ukraine for shooting down the plane.
Yes, that is perhaps the most likely explanation, but Prigozhin had plenty enemies both inside and outside Russia.

The modern way to dispose of people who are dangerous to the regime is to arrest them and then make sure they “commit suicide” in prison while all the security cameras were not operating. Rotten luck.
Then there is the tried-and-true approach: The murder was the work of a lone assassin who unfortunately was immediately gunned down while in police custody.
That is how democracy and freedom are supposed to work.

Only on these boards, where the story is pretty much a carbon copy of things Putin has done in the past, can I learn that instead somehow the US and/or Ukraine, who in this case have absolutely nothing to gain by killing this guy, did it.
And did it to a plane that was IN RUSSIAN AIRSPACE at the time…
