Probably, but let her squirm for awhile. Let her think about what a close call this was. The question is, will her behavior be chastened, or will she be even worse?
Make sure you do it for the recount.
I hear the Dems are offering up to $500 for each Nester that does so.

This district was redrawn with 2020 redistricting cycle and this make it tougher for a Republican to compete. I don’t see much evidence of shenanigans going on here.
