And this brings us to the nitwitted lawyers in NYC who represent the healthcare workers and have failed to make the case that the personal liberty of NYC healthcare workers is being infringed upon by the vaccine mandate, and therefore, the court must apply strict scrutiny protection. This doesn’t mean the mandate cannot be put in place. It simply means that it must be:
• (A) be narrowly tailored to achieve the government’s purpose,
• (B) the purpose must be clearly defined and be based upon scientific and logical reasoning,
• (C) and, it must use the least restrictive means to achieve the government’s stated purpose.
For example, the court, under strict scrutiny, would more than likely require accommodations to be made for those having natural immunity; and people with certain conditions which makes the vaccine a danger to them must be exempted; etc.

It’s not common by any stretch.
Fifty states have other vaccine mandates and you think one city can’t have one for covid? I’ve illustrated clearly that state governments can, and that SCOTUS agreed. NYC is like a state govt… They will retain this authority, case closed.

I have no idea what you posted above has to do with what I posted HERE
Where have I suggested a particular city cannot have a mandate for a Covid vaccine? Did you actually read what I wrote?

You started talking about NYC and the dimwitted lawyers etc. and I failed to read the entire message, my bad.

In regard to some of the nitwitted lawyers I mentioned representing NYC’s healthcare workers, that is not the case with the lawyer representing Anthony Marciano, a NYC Detective.
Let me point out that in the case Anthony Marciano v. BILL de BLASIO et al, 160914/2021, 25, in which Detective Anthony Marciano was successful in obtaining a temporary restraining order, the lawyer did in fact go to the heart of the argument, due process being violated, the Detective’s autonomy over his own medical decision-making, government applying the least restrictive means, natural immunity, etc. I think you would find the Proceedings very interesting and informative which you can read by clicking on the above link.

Headed to the airport in 90 minutes and probably won’t see this place for a couple of weeks, unless I get bored on vacation lol. I think I’ll just browse around and do a few last minute things before I go. Merry Christmas.

See: NYPD Detective Who Won Temporary Restraining Order Pushes to Invalidate Vaccine Mandate for All City Employees
December 21, 2021
"The detective and his attorney said they will base their attempt to win the order on a bench ruling they achieved in the detective’s state Supreme Court lawsuit. In that ongoing action against city officials, brought pursuant to New York’s CPLR Article 78 statute, Det. Anthony Marciano contends that the city’s vaccine mandate violates his constitutional and civil rights.
And Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Frank Nervo, at the end of lengthy court arguments on the temporary restraining order last week, granted Marciano the order, in a surprising ruling, while stating he was doing so “in the interests of equity and this Court’s overarching power to exercise the Court’s inherent interest of justice jurisdiction,” according to a hearing transcript"

A New York judge has ended the New York City COVID vaccine mandate and ordered back pay for employees.
“Being vaccinated does not prevent an individual from contracting or spreading COVID-19.”

Had the nitwitted lawyers demanded the court to apply strict scrutiny protection at the beginning of this mess, it would have prevented a lot of pain, suffering and overreaching by NY’s tyrannical government.

Perhaps. On the other hand, the science has become clear that the shots are not effective at preventing transmission of COVID. They are certainly not vaccines in the same sense as the smallpox vaccine. The ruling may have been different if it had come earlier.
Hopefully the federal mandates will soon end. The mandates are preventing enlistment and destroying the effectiveness of our armed forces at a time when the US is threatening to go to war in multiple locations simultaneously.

How are we supposed to conclude anything other than Biden is deliberately reducing this countries combat readiness? Who is he working for I have to wonder.
Biden’s disastrous policies are severely weakening the US and our allies. He is playing into the hands of Putin and Xi.
It is just incompetence?
Or are Biden’s puppet masters in Beijing and Moscow?
Those stock options and royalties do not just happen, you know.
