Lectins are not your special friend. It’s not about Keto. it’s about long term intestinal permeability, caused by plant toxins making holes in the gut that allow in toxins.
Various mysterious diseases are being found to be the long term effect of intestinal permeability.

Zsofia Clemons, on Anthony Chafee channel explains the clinical results
1-The more I learn about what I have done wrong (and can’t take back), the more depressed I get.
2- Who is that in your avi?
lectures on lectins are riveting

- Things are reversible and erasable.
The human has animal characteristics yet this is not fixed in a permanent fate, even though, in a given moment it can fall back with attachments and repeat again or spiral downward.
It is easy to be swayed by an illusion and self, but a true self can prevent backsliding.
- From a painting called “Celtic Princess,” which conjures up the legend of the daughter of the persecuted Pharoah Akhenaten’s and her followers establishing a new life in the British isles, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England. In the legend she is referred to as “Princess Scotia.” among other later names.

Milk and milk products, i.e., dairy, are not on the PKD protocol. As opposed to conventional keto, there is the Paleo-keto. and clinical tests show PKD wins over CKD by a mile. There are many research papers documenting this and curing patients with Auto-immune related diseases that establishment medical has no clue about and have been 100% wrong about,

There’s still a lot of debate on where exactly humans evolved. The coastal African plains model is a good starting point for me, which also makes sense of the various things that are generally safe for us to eat raw no matter where humans go:
Mollusks
Ocean fish
Red meat
Tree fruits

Depends on an Era as well. Humans evolved elsewhere in wildly different places and nothing is brand new and traditionally “evolving,” on earth. What is conventionally considered as evolution, is very ill conceived.

Two things:
1.) Hippos have been called the most dangerous animal in Africa.
2.) If you are easily fooled by cute faces . . . don’t get married.
