It’s a rite of passage, his turn to go through the grinder that is working for my pops. Builds character.

I’ve seen em bust there asses off 12/14 hours a day to save up money and send some back to family members back home.

But you are right, trade skills are an art form and one that does not get the recognition it deserves.

Had a girlfriend that was Venezuelan, when it came to religion, family and social views it was match.

We also had a Chilean family in our congregation and same experience.
