LA Office/Commercial Landlord deliberately chooses default as property demand craters

What is inevitable is inevitable.
That said,

  1. People who live in high-salary cities are being really really stupid to resist going back to work.
  2. If the inveriable happens quickly that often causes more harm than if it happens slowly. I would not be opposed to some sort of government intervention to slow the inevitable.

Its already happened. There are countless businesses who are now offering remote work positions. Those companies that want to ignore the new reality will find their best staff going elsewhere.

Someone who is refusing to go into a bricks and mortar location for even just a couple of days each month are digging their own employment grave.

My team is all over the US so we can only meet remotely.
