That would certainly have left Donald Trump out. Millionaire by age 3 or so, never had a real job his entire life.
Men have issues in our society that need to be redressed, unfortunately the ones who are most vocal about this have a horrible reputation and for good reason. But I donât think itâs the Patriarchy that is the root cause of this. Iâm not quite sure that term is applicable anymore as a blanket term for our society.
I donât see Feminists fighting for men to win more custody battles nor do I see them fighting to have women to have to register for the draft. 2/3rds of college students are women, I donât see Feminists fighting to have more men enrolled and less women enrolled.
There are few shelters that serve men who experience domestic violence, I donât see Feminists fighting for that either.
And honestly, why should they? They are advocates for women, thus the term âFeministâ. Otherwise it would be âEgalitarianâ. Itâs just that the menâs advocates tend to lean too close to Nazi land, which is unfortunate because men do have issues unique to their sex. Like suicide, workplace deaths, deaths due to war, loss of custody, falling behind in education, etc.
