During the 2019 debates for each Candidates both Biden and Harris were in favor of banning fracking not alone in favor of banning it but Biden went even further he wants to get rid of gas. There wont be a place for them he said during the democrat presidential debates.
Its a bit ironic to see Harris coming out now claiming that they wont ban it when they already were in favor of having such polices.
