I actually understand the reasoning behind striking to keep out the tier wage system. It was a noble effort, they just lacked leverage.

I agree. The division it creates goes against the very idea of union.
Biden is controlling the NLRB and has made the rules for 50 years.
It is all on President Puppet and his say one thingâŚdo another methodology.
Soon only public sector unions will exist which is completely backwards of the idea to protect labor from abuse.
Was that the plan until 2019?
Starbucks just unionized. The amount of nonsense in that position is mind boggling
Better than BettyâsâŚlmao
Yea, going to have mental images now. My wife LOVES their tea and the occasional fish sandwich.

No need.
Central America has been delivered to their door by Biden and Majorkas.

Itâs a 3% raise on a 5 year contract. With cost of living adjustments between years 2-5. Iâve never had a contract that did it that way, so I donât know how much a cost of living adjustment compares to say, a 2 or 3% raise every year.
Hold on a second. I worked for New Jersey Bell/Verizon from 1987 to 1996. I was IBEW, and we went on strike in the late 80s, CWA didnât? Iâm asking because I donât remember.
Not too long ago Verizon went on strike again in 2015 or 2016, CWA wasnât at all a part of it? Or do the member split depending on what company goes on strike?
Side note. For those that think a company saves money during a strike on employee salaries may be mistaken. At Verizon the management working get paid an absurd amount of money during a strike. No way theyâre saving anything.
Not every union has a strike fund. I went on strike for 9 weeks, no strike fund for IBEW.

No comment from trump yet. The workers are in red states and in Union.
It was one store out of nine thousand was it not?
