I get it now. What confused me was that you wrote wouldn’t when you meant “would”

As I think about it more I tend to agree with you… based on the Supreme Court decision regarding the Wisconsin Primary this week. The five conservatives on the court stated in their decision that the courts should not make last minute changes to election procedure “in ordinary circumstances.” Clearly the conservatives on the court view what is happening today as ordinary circumstances… I suppose they are not worried about getting laid off.

As long as the courts view the current US situation as “ordinary” they would probably rule against limiting church assemblies.

It is interesting though that none of the conservative justices elected to take responsibility as the author of that decision.

I wonder if most Americans agree with these give gentlemen that these are “ordinary” times?
