I know socialists do not support that provision of our constitution, but there it is, in black and white.

In any event, and in response to your snarky post, the manner in which taxes [imposts, duties, excises and direct taxes] are laid, and how that tax revenue is used, can certainly define if “robbery” has occurred, as pointed out by our very own Supreme Court:

I hope VP Pence nails Kamala Harris on the “Medicare for All Act of 2019-2020”, which she co-sponsored and would end the private health insurance plans which over 150 million Americans now have, most being ordinary working folk who get their insurance through their employer.
