Explain the logic on this one. If you can’t afford insurance then chances are you would get some sort of government aid to help you pay for it. If you are receiving said aid, then you wouldn’t be paying for others, you would be like them receiving aid.

I know socialists do not support that provision of our constitution, but there it is, in black and white.
