I did watch the video. If you’re referring to the same video I saw, I saw him getting boxed out and he reacted by throwing her to the ground. What that woman did to him was less than you’d see in a mosh pit at a Neil Diamond show.

Yup, he’s going to regret his sorry choices.

Had he been trying to take an officer’s knee off a black man’s neck, he might get some sympathy.

Instead he was trying to stop a property crime and went into a crowd armed, knowing that it could escalate.

Nah, he’ll get the felony he deserves, lose the right to own guns, and have the double bonus of not being able to find employment.

Actions have consequences, as he is finding out.

You didn’t watch it then. She’s forcing him back several steps and then he simply steps to the side and she falls on her ass, she was’t even pushed.

The second woman strikes him with a skate board and he doesn’t put her on the ground

Third woman chases him off ranting and raving trying to hit him with her purse.

Not until the stakes are raised with a large crowd in pursuit of him two of them striking blows at his head with boards does he then use deadly force.

The number of attackers alone justified the threat if not use of deadly force even without the deadly weapons.

He was lawfully carrying, not a crime. That’s even wiser in a situation where violence may erupt.

who has ever accused you of terrorism?

If this is your interpretation of all the video that has surfaced of the incident I will just offer you a fist pound and move along to another discussion, because we did not see close to the same thing.

If you are in a mosh pit you are giving consent to what occurs within limits.

She had no lawful use of force against him period and there’s nothing on the video shown other than him stepping to the side and letting her own force put her on the ground.

Even if he did use force against her, he didn’t initiate it but I can’t see it on the video, nor can you.

Then open your eyes and examine it frame by frame.

Even the Fox News commentator says that the “civil guard” cosplay guy “retaliated and threw her to the ground”. He says that at the 1:00 mark in the video provided by the OP.

I don’t care what he said, he’s just reading copy from KOB.

When did he put hands on the gal? Where are his hands?

Check at the 1:00 mark in the video.

The Fox commentator clearly states that Mr. Cosplay “threw her to the ground”.

I saw what I saw and what I saw was a vastly disproportionate and violent response to a box out that’d have made my middle school coach pull me off the court.

Perhaps we’re discussing two different videos? Check your PMs. Well I can’t PM you I believe so idk how to remedy this within the bounds of the rules right now.

“Proportional Response” does not exist in self defense law.

She used non deadly force against him pushing him back and blocking him from getting around her. She had no lawful use of force period.

IF, he put hands on her and pushed her to the ground he was legally justified in doing so.

At the 1:00 mark what is it you think you see? The video is only 19 seconds… .

You can see him throw her to the ground in this video at the :10 mark.

He stood up to leftist intimidation. If he has a business, or a career, the left will try to destroy it. If he has a family, the left will threaten them. If he’s on social media, he will be flagged and unpersonned. All this before any legal action.

That is a totally different video than any that have been posted here before.

Did you ignore the fact she’s been shoving him around for several minutes before he did so?

Who initiated the use of force?

Wasting your time…some here blamed Ahmaud Arbery for getting himself shot.

In the modern era unfortunately they get endless opportunities to try and taint the jury pool by misrepresenting the facts using social media.

We’re little better than Soviet Russia today, guilt by accusation and damn the facts.

That video is from a tweet that is embedded in the Fox News story. I simply pulled it from the tweet so it would be appropriately sized.

Does her boxing him out grant him the right to assault her?

Again, Mr Cosplay escalated the situation. And he did so while carrying a weapon.
