Sullivan seems to have thrown his hands up, he is handing this over to third parties to guide him at this point. It is concerning that Sullivan is reviewing Flynn’s motion to withdrawal his guilty plea and the Fed’s motion to dismiss but in doing so could slap Flynn with a perjury charge, deny both motions and move to sentencing. If Sullivan denies these motions and sentences Flynn on the 1001 charge plus a perjury charge, perjury would now follow him on appeal.

Sullivan is in full wild card mode.
