Same thing said about the report. Maybe next time.

You even had Peter Strzok who interrogated him saying he didn’t lie.

Oh BTW…welcome to forum.

There’s a solid chance that a lot of that went to SDNY for further investigation.

Why?

If it was related to Russia and the election Mueller has full authority to indict.

Because there might be additional crimes committed that Mueller wanted to make sure the SDNY investigated fully.

Mueller is no dummy, despite what Trump supporters think.

apparently he is. I mean according to never trumpers he laid out perfect that collusion and obstruction charges should have been filed but didn’t.

You arent being honest here with what people are saying…

It’s tiresome.

Incredibly. I was just reading about an overview of the report and it’s not good but Mueller was limited in scope and missed a lot.

Also the fact people lied and deleted things didnt help.

Yes he is.

Now look what you did.

Feel free to go lay down. There’s quilt in the top of the closet.

No he wasn’t.

In what way was Mueller limited? The authorization letter gave him permission to investigate the Russian influence in the election and ANY crimes he uncovered in the process.

Anything related to the Russian investigation he brought charges if warranted. Things unrelated he revered out to regular channels of investigation and charges. He was limmited in no way shape or form.

Mueller didn’t report on it, as he states explicitly, because that’s outside the scope of what he was required and permitted to report under the regulations governing his appointment, which call for a prosecutions and declinations report.

That’s just one of the misconceptions of the scope, intent, and results of the Mueller Report that persists (and not just among the denialist crowd), almost a month after its release.

The Mueller Report does not purport to tell us what happened — that would be a violation of the regulations establishing the Special Counsel. It only describes the prosecutorial and declination decisions.

You think I’m gonna waste my time with you folks making things up? I’m not in the cec

Literally the facts are against you.

:rofl::rofl::rofl: a housewife blog from Michigan? What’s her PhD in?

Read your damn links before you post them.

Ooooh so your saying outside the scope of his report, but not outside the scope of his investigation.

I’m saying he had rules to follow.

Sure he did.

He followed DOJ guidlines, and the authorization letter he was given.

He was allowed to investigate and charge anything related to the Russian investigation. Anything he uncovered unrelated to that, he refered out to the appropriate federal prosecutor.

Obstruction of the Russian investigation would fall under his juristiction and not need to be refered out.

No one stated that.

If you follow what @SottoVoce was trying to state in this thread as well as others who have read the report, you’d understand better what Mueller wrote.
