Judge Jeanine throws the book at violent lib

Is no different than anybody else.

You are right. Assaulting any random person … even with a sandwich … is stupid. But assaulting a police officer is considerably stupider because it greatly increased the probability that you will be arrested because nobody has to call the cops.

Maybe the prosecutor did a poor job presenting the case.

exactly. she got the message across to babified lefties. take your loser victimhood aggressions out in other ways

or wastes a perfectly good sandwich on LEO.

It’s likely a little of both. It was a ridiculous charge to bring and it was highly unlikely that there were going to get a guilty, particularly in DC

the felony was an overcharge to the extreme.

There were no broken doors and one broken window a protestor tried to get through was shot dead by CP and many of those screaming lunatics as you call them were frightened children after incendiary devices were thrown into the crowd. Not a single protestor had a weapon, teargas, mace or incendiary devices and not a single protestor was charged with insurrection. Nancy Pelosi and her gang of CP thugs and deep state FBI assets within the crowd instigated the anger and at best a handful could have legitimately been detained certainly not the over a 1000 Americans the commie Dems tracked down throughout the country and dragged from their homes and thrown into filthy prison conditions, their civil rights were violated and they got no due process.

What happened on J6 is a disgusting piece of Democrat Party shameful history along with slavery, Jim Crow and the 1960’s anti civil rights.

Maybe it was a sandwich and thugs with badges are not special.

Slavery, no but close:

$1 a day

Jim Crow? You mean special laws based on race/ethnicity?

Anti Civil Rights? You have the unmitigated gall to even post the words “civil rights”?

Whatever it was, it certainly want jury nullification.

You mean “wasn’t”? Why not?

He went to trial on a misdemeanor charge only and Crew Jeanine couldn’t even succeed on that.

I think they’re going to find it difficult to portray thugs with badges as “heroes.”

I think she blew it from the outset: overcharging, the media circus, sending like 10 goons to arrest him.

It was a ridiculous, and ultimately failed bit of political theater.

Isn’t that what actresses do?

Isn’t Jury Nullification when a jury knows the person broke the law, but chooses to acquit anyway?

In this case, i just don’t think assault was shown.

Of course it was shown. He admitted it.
