They had different rules for Trump and Obama. Should Trump win and the Dems win the Senate there probably won’t be a judge seated for two years unless the Dems agree that the judge should be seated. Should the Dems win everything, adding justices is also technically constitutional.

I personally hope they don’t do it, but I can’t get upset if they do with the way they have been treated. I fully expect that somewhere along the way ACB will make a ruling that outrages conservatives. I don’t think she will be a Thomas or Sotomayor where you know what ruling they will make even before the court takes the case. Maybe most of the time but not all the time anyway.

Nah, it hasn’t. The left has shown its true colors throughout this process, and they match very closely to the ideology spewed by Bernie Sanders. Americans are turned off by that, and will hopefully vote accordingly not only in the presidential race, but down ticket ballot items as well. Biden is an absolute disaster, and the left knows it. I look forward to Trump continuing to fill open vacancies on the court, and the republican controlled senate confirming those appointments for the next four years.

Aside from the three SC justices in one term, how many total Federal judges came in underTrump? Its gotta be some kind of record by now… one site lists 164 circuit judges, I’m not sure if that’s accurate but great job Trump!
