on the subject of a judges job, the one thing I have a major issue with is the penchant even at the supreme court to put so much weight on stary decisis. Stary decisis when applied as these clowns talk about it (all of them) is an affront to Marbury.

What it boils down to is they resent being a minority. They want an equal (not fair) voice despite the fact that they are. 13% of the population wants to make 51% of the policy.
