You’d think that would calm some of the angry panicked ranting coming from some Trump supporters.

The calls for unity are the correct step to take, but Biden himself was never going to be the issue. It’s those around him, especially the House Democrats, that are still calling for blood. All unity calls at this point look disingenuous now that the Democratic base believes that any opposition, to ANY policy, is racist.

If Biden does not threaten to withhold aid from red states impacted by natural disasters he will already be a step ahead of Trump.

He promised last night to be a POTUS for all Americans, including those who rage against him and refuse to accept the legitimacy of his victory. Time will tell.

For now, it’s more than Trump promised.
