And I come back with a counter or accept it.
It’s my fault. I assumed we could skip the awkward handholding and fleeting glances and get down to business. Lesson Learned - it won’t happen again.

If Biden got every dem senator and house member plus Obama to hold a press conference on national tv and have them apologize to trump and his supporters. And have them admit they lied and played dirty politics. I might believe them and be willing to work with them on things we could agree on.

You’re right. It’s easy to call for it now that HE will become the target.
But at some level he’s right. It needs to stop.
If he has the leadership to rein in his own party, that would be a great start. Lead by example.
That’s what he said in his speech Saturday night. We need to lead the world by example. That same principle should apply to his own party.
I doubt it would turn around immediately, even if he called on his party to change tone. I’m waiting for him to call out his cadre of big names in his party when they dish out the hate. I’ll believe his words from Saturday when he starts trying to get his party to lead by example.
I’m willing to give him a chance at that.

If Biden wants to end demonizing then lets see what he has to say if/when a Republican Senate blocks his tax increases, blocks his amnesty plans, and refuses to vote for his further left appointments to the courts and otherwise.
McConnell will get blasted more than Trump…or at least as much as Trump…was.

Biden and the Biden administration and the entire Dem party are NOT good with Sneaky’s positions. That’s what this thread is really about. Your claim of agreement with Sneaky is meaningless.
In fact, Biden has already said he was going to sign a spate of EOs to undo Trump EOs – Trump EOs that half the nation cheered.
Biden’s first actions will, in fact, be divisive.
