You could make a case that Biden is continuing to be unlawful like Trump in refusing refugees the right to claim asylum within US borders- but I’m guessing that doesn’t bother you. Otherwise- you’re talking about impeaching a man who is acting in a more draconian manner than Trump in terms of controlling the borders. No sale.

Trump’s behavior (not policies) made him unpopular with the majority of voters, but mostly I think the pandemic sank him. I’ve said before that Trump would be president today if not for COVID. No one was thinking about Trump’s impeachment when they went to the polls in 2020.
