So the FBI stating 52 documents were either top secret, confidential, etc. is bogus?

Not only do I know about it, I know the difference between “no” and “know”.
Can you explain why a document marked classified is the same as a document that is not marked classified. That’s the only point I am making here so I assume that is what you are arguing with me about.

Lol you obviously have never worked with classified information. At least in the military saying you didn’t know it was classified because of no markings, would be like telling a cop you didn’t think something was illegal. You would get the “ignorance of the law is no excuse” which ironically what Comey used to not charge Clinton.

Where did the FBI state that? Everything I read says documents contained such information, not that they were classified.
I did not say I was in the military.
in your case “no” is close enough.
any document containing classified information is classified at the level of the highest classification level of the information in it.
Any random idiot trained on this knows it

But the question I asked is how is a person supposed to know a document contains classified information if it is not marked as such.
That would be the responsibility of the person holding the document.
any random idiot trained on this knows that.
and we’re not talking about any random idiot, we’re talking about the secretary of state

So with thousands of documents on the server you are assuming the Secretary of State personally reviewed every one.
Seems more than a little far fetched.
The secretary of state personally sent them.
The secretary of state personally typed them
The secretary of state knew where she got the information she put in them

And people are saying I don’t know what I’m talking about!!!
How many executives type every email they send? Not in our world my brother.
And as to Clinton knowing where she got information, are you using ESP to tap into her mind of do you have another source?

Who said you where. Why don’t you read what was wrote instead of reflex responding.

Does not relieve them of the responsibility

Actually you did. Here’s what you posted
"Lol you obviously have never worked with classified information. At least in the military "
It was maybe twenty minutes ago…
it was her PRIVATE server.
If your excuse for her is that she was incapable of meeting her responsibilities as the secretary of state. I’d agree with that. Not however with the FACT that she either knew or should have known that the information SHE was sending was classified

Dude learn English. There was a period after information. At least in the military was an example not declaring you where in it. Sheesh no wonder you are consistently wrong.

It isn’t done with disappearing ink.
The Cankle Cow was given classes, which apparently she couldn’t be bothered with.
From the content. It was her job to know.
They removed the markings for her. Reportedly because she was too stupid to do it right.
You gave an example of how the military operates. I explained why that did not apply to me. I appreciate the close textual analysis but it really does not speak to the point of whether a document marked classified and a document not marked classified are the same thing.
