According to Michael Cohen, the circle at the top of the Trump organization was very small. Just Trump, the kids, and Weiselberg. He has been with Trump since he started, both having trained under Fred Trump.

She very well knows who he is. He has even guest starred on the Apprentice from time to time.

Perjury is what the Washington DC jury decides it is. They have too look at all the circumstances to determine is beyond a reasonable doubt they knew they were intentionally making a false statement. The main guidelines they would use are 1) are they a Republican 2) are they a Trump.
