I agree that government should not be trying to silence political ads. On either side of an issue.
The arguments on each side need to determine the outcome of the issue. Not government pressure.
I do not begrudge the party in power using the bully pulpit on an issue. But dictating what others can say is totally out of bounds.
Agreed. The government needs to stay out whether threatening legal action for a political ad or using the fbi and intelligence agencies to pressure Twitter or Facebook.
Yeah Desantis is doing some pretty shady ■■■■ to try to get this amendment killed. Surprised there hasn’t been more uproar about this blatant government intervention.

They tried with Trump, they succeeded with various whistle-blovers.
Trump is still upright and fighting 'cos he has means and stamina to fight the corrupt Left Gov. Machine.
And also on the contrary Trump succeeded big without silencing anyone.
The Left uses silencing for Political gain, Trump follows the law, he uses the LAW to achieve victory over HIS opponents.
