Are you claiming services can’t be capitalist or socialist? Not sure you want to go down that path considering the feverish healthcare debate. You are, of course, free to tell all your fellow conservatives how wrong they are when discussing socialized healthcare.
It will be interesting to see how the dramatic shift to the left will effect 2020. I am also curious when Biden starts campaigning if he will move further to the left or try to run as a centralist.

Ownership is irrelevant if the gov’t has full control of the system which is what all are advocating who advocate for any form of Universal Care.
“Medicare For All” would still allow for privately operated clincs and hospitals but the gov’t would dictate absolutely everything with respect to the care they are giving, drugs they are using and prescribing, procedures, surgeries, PT, Rehab etc.

So how does that fit under either socialism or capitalism?
Check out the thread on Venezuela and socialism. One excuse after another for socialism and how it wasn’t the cause of Venezuelas problems and didn’t have anything to do with the Soviets killing anyone.
