You’re not telling me anything I don’t already know. I’ve been in the workforce for over 30 years and I have seen how things have changed. It’s not how it used to be. Where I work a mason, electrician, or welder don’t get paid anywhere near what they can be paid on the outside. But they get paid very well and it is steady. There is no shortage of work. So yeah, a union can benefit them as well.

Walmart doesn’t have a union. If people want a better wage, they should go to a company that offers a better wage. What’s stopping them? I have personally done this 4 or 5 times.

Or they could organize their labor at Wal Mart and get a better wage for the jobs that they already have.

Most unions involve skilled labor. They can try for the next ten years to unionize or the can leave for more money right now. The best way to earn good money is to prepare yourself for life. Going into life un prepared is a bad idea. Cashier is a job, not a career. Find a career.

I know every few years the Union hits the workers at our walmart. Don’t know how all the others operate, but the one here does a market comparison (see’s what cashiers in the three county area make, see what stock boys make, janitorial staff ect) then they boost the workers wages to 10 cents and hour more than the average. My Ex wife (and ex mother in law) worked at wally for a number of years. They were happy with the wages and bennefits, and the flexability of their scheduling.

Exactly. And if somebody decides that stocking shelves does not pay enough, they could always become a pipe fitter. I understand pipe fitter pays pretty well. People do have choices. Nobody is forced to accept a low paying job.

I’d expose how the Democrat Politicians take the Union vote for granite,

They could. The thing is people don’t work there long enough to organize anything. Turnover is high and it’s meant to be that way. Same with the Amazon warehouse. They will always be hiring.

I think they could have done much more for the unions when they had the super majority. They could have done card check and passed more Bill’s to protect workers but screwing working people over with right to work and all shanahans in Wisconsin. They tried to kill postal union and attack unions every opportunity they get. They load the labor board with anti labor members. Not doing enough in somebody’s opinion is alot different then that.

Trump actually gained senate seats, and compared to most other Presidents, didn’t
