That isn’t what was said. What was said is there didn’t appear to be foreign actors behind the emails, not that they weren’t behind the sudden appearance of the laptop with the emails on them. Could have been Hunter that dropped off the laptop (but I’ve seen no forensic evidence that H. Biden owned, used, or owned the laptop.) Could have been foreign or an attempt at a GOP hit job. The emails were acquired and the laptop scheme used as the means of getting them out without appearing involved to the yokels.

Again I’ve made not claim that the emails (in whole or in part) were forged.

A claim made PRIOR to the election by a Trump** appointee, who represented him during an impeachment trial in the Senate.

guiliani isn’t the source, a leaky fbi and treasury department are, along with coroborating contemporary witnesses who either sent or recieved the emails.

it wasn’t stolen, it was discarded.
