I’ll bet Trudeau will take the road stating his resources are busy getting loved ones back to Canada for their families. He’ll then not do much else except possibly a meaningless sanction by blaming Trump for provoking this…and actually…I do hope he does this? Canada is our ally and if they get into a fight, we’ll be entering it with them.

Nothing to do with the pilots/ captain. Whatever aviation authority exists in Iran approved the flight plan and apparently there were no restrictions.
IF the aircraft WAS targeted and destroyed by an Iranian missile battery, this is more about incompetence. Giving whisky and car keys to teenagers never works out well.
