She said none of that - you just made that narrative up.

She said there were 3 times as many vacant apartments in MY as there are homeless. That’s all she said.

You made up all the parts about people being “given” apartments “rent free”.

So why bring up 3 times as many apartments as homeless in NY?

Besides trying to stop a luxury development what else will she call for?

It’s time we stand up to the luxury developer lobby.

She’s going to be a NATIONAL congress critter. Not a New York city politician that can try and re-zone area’s for low cost housing. What is she going to do in congress to stand up to the luxury devloper – raise taxes? Tell them they have to created affordable housing to be able to build lusury devlopments? Going to require them to donate space.

She pretty much has stated between the lines what she thinks should happen.
